Common use of Payments for Basic Services Clause in Contracts

Payments for Basic Services. 7.1.1 Payments for Basic Services shall be made at the end of each Phase of services or, with the Owner’s approval, monthly and shall be in proportion to services performed within each Phase of services, as demonstrated by work product, on the basis set forth in Article 6.
