Requests for Flexible Working Arrangements 49.1 Employee may request change in working arrangements Clause 49 applies where an Employee has made a request for a change in working arrangements under s.65 of the Act. Note 1: Section 65 of the Act provides for certain Employees to request a change in their working arrangements because of their circumstances, as set out in s.65(1A).
Required Qualifications for Surety The Contract provides that the surety and insurance companies must be acceptable to the Owner. Only those sureties listed in the Department of Treasury’s Listing of Approved Sureties (Department Circular 570) are acceptable to the Owner. All bonds at the time of issuance must be issued by a company authorized by the Insurance Commissioner to transact the business of suretyship in the State of Georgia, and shall have a Best Policyholders Rating of "A-" or better and with a financial size rating of Class V or larger.
Payments for Basic Services 7.1.1 Payments for Basic Services shall be made monthly and shall be in proportion to services performed within each Phase of services, as demonstrated by work product, on the basis set forth in Article 6. The form of Statement for Architectural/Engineering Services to be utilized is included in e-Builder®. Additional Requirements for Sleeping Rooms The Contractor shall provide departing Attendees a secured area for storing belongings.
