Travelling time reimbursement a. An employee who on any day is required to work at a place away from their usual place of employment, for all time reasonably spent in reaching and returning from such place (in excess of the time normally spent in travelling from their home to their usual place of employment and returning), will be paid travelling time at their ordinary pay rate and also any fares reasonably incurred in excess of those normally incurred in travelling between their home and their usual place of employment.
b. Where the company provides transport from a pick up point, an employee will be paid travelling time for all time spent travelling from such pick up point and returning to such pick up point.
Travelling time reimbursement. Where The Reject Shop requires a team member to work at a place away from their usual place of employment, for all time reasonably spent in reaching and returning from such place (in excess of the time normally spent in travelling from their home to their usual place of employment and returning),the team member will be paid travelling time and also any fares reasonably incurred in excess of those normally incurred in travelling between their home and their usual place of employment.
Travelling time reimbursement. (a) If you are required to work on a day at a place other than your usual place of work, we will:
(i) pay you for any extra time reasonably spent travelling to and from work in excess of your normal travel times; and
(ii) reimburse you for any fares reasonably incurred in excess of those normally incurred travelling to and from your residence and usual place of work.
(b) You will be paid for extra time spent travelling:
(i) both ways between your residence and other place of work; or
(ii) If we provide you transport from a pick-up point, both ways between your residence and that pick up point.
(c) You will be paid either your minimum hourly rate for travelling time on a Monday to Saturday, or 150% of your minimum hourly rate for travelling time on a Sunday or Public Holiday.

Where Xxxxxxxxxx requires a team member to work at a place away from their usual place of employment, all time spent in reaching and returning from such place (in excess of the time normally spent in travelling from their home to their usual place of employment and returning), will be paid travelling time. In addition, any fares reasonably incurred in excess of those normally incurred in travelling between their home and their usual place of employment will be reimbursed. Where Xxxxxxxxxx provides transport from a pick-up point, a team member will be paid travelling time for all time spent travelling from such pick-up point and returning to such pick-up point The rate of pay for travelling time will be the base rate of pay, except on Sundays and public holidays when it will be time and a half.

Travelling time reimbursement. (a) If We require you to work at a place away from your usual place of employment, the time spent travelling to and returning from that place of employment, in excess of the time normally spent travelling from your home to your normal place of employment, will be paid as travelling time. Additionally, any expenses reasonably incurred in excess of those normally incurred in these circumstances will be reimbursed.
(b) You will not be entitled to any reimbursement for your travel time or travel costs if you have elected or requested to work at the different place of employment or away from your home store.
(c) Where We provide transport from a pick up point, you will be paid travelling time for all time spent travelling from such pick up point and returning to such pick up point.
(d) The rate of pay for travelling time will be the Base Rate of Pay except on Sundays and public holidays when it will be time and a half.
Travelling time reimbursement.
(a) This clause applies to a Team Member who on any day is required to work at a place other than their usual place of work.
(b) Drakes will pay the Team Member at their ordinary rate of pay (or at 150% of that rate on a Sunday or public holiday) for time spent travelling both ways between the Team Member’s residence (or, if the Team Member provides transport from a pick up point, between that pick up point) and the other place of work in excess of the time normally spent in travelling to and from their usual place of work.
(c) Drakes will also reimburse the Team Member any additional costs they incurred in travelling to and from the other place of work.
Travelling time reimbursement. 6.1 An employee who on any day is required to work at a place away from their usual place of employment, for all time reasonably spent in reaching and returning from such place (in excess of the time normally spent in travelling from their home to their usual place of employment and returning), will be paid travelling time and also any fares reasonably incurred in excess of those normally incurred in travelling between their home and their usual place of employment.
6.2 Where the employer provides transport from a pick-up point, an employee will be paid travelling time for all time spent travelling from such pick up point and returning to such pick up point.
6.3 The rate of pay for travelling time will be the ordinary time rate except on Sundays and holidays when it will be time and a half.

(a) An employee who on any day is required to work at a place away from their usual place of employment, for all time reasonably spent in reaching and returning from such place (in excess of the time normally spent in travelling from their home to their usual place of employment and returning), will be paid travelling time and also any fares reasonably incurred in excess of those normally incurred in travelling between their home and their usual place of employment.
(b) The rate of pay for travelling time will be the ordinary time rate except on Sundays and public holidays when it will be time and half.
Travelling time reimbursement. (a) If an employer requires an employee to work on any day at a place other than their usual place of work, then the employer must:
(i) pay the employee for any extra time reasonably spent travelling to and from work in excess of their normal travel times, as calculated under clause 20.6(b) at the rates set out in clause 20.6(c); and
(ii) reimburse the employee for any fares reasonably incurred in excess of those normally incurred travelling to and from the employee’s residence and their usual place of work.
(b) The employer must pay the amounts in clause 20.6(c) for the extra time the employee spends travelling:
(i) both ways between the employee’s residence and the other place of work; or
(ii) if the employer provides transport from a pick-up point, both ways between the employee’s residence and that pick-up point.
(c) The employer must pay the employee for the travelling time calculated under clause 20.6(b):
(i) on Monday to Saturday, at their minimum hourly rate of pay; or
(ii) on Sunday or a public holiday, at 150% of their minimum hourly rate of pay.
