Payments on a Business Day. If a payment is due on a day which is not a Business Day, the due date for that payment is the next Business Day in the same calendar month or, if none, the preceding Business Day, and interest must be adjusted accordingly.

Payments on a Business Day. Whenever any payment to be made hereunder or under the Warehouse Note shall be stated to be due on a day that is not a Business Day, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day and such extension of time shall be included in the computation of the payment of interest on the underlying principal payment due hereunder or under the Warehouse Note or of the fees hereunder, as the case may be.

Payments on a Business Day. A Note, Receipt or Coupon may only be presented for payment on a day which is a Business Day in the place of presentation (and, in the case of transfer to a Euro account, in a city in which banks have access to the TARGET System). If the due date for payment of any amount in respect of any Note, Receipt or Coupon is not a Business Day, the holder shall not be entitled to payment of the amount due until the next succeeding Business Day and no further interest or other payment will be made as a consequence of the day on which the relevant Note, Receipt or Coupon may be presented for payment under this Condition 7 falling after the due date.

  • Delay of Payment when Payment Date is Not a Business Day If the due date for a payment on a Note as provided in this Indenture is not a Business Day, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Indenture or the Notes, such payment may be made on the immediately following Business Day and no interest will accrue on such payment as a result of the related delay. Solely for purposes of the immediately preceding sentence, a day on which the applicable place of payment is authorized or required by law or executive order to close or be closed will be deemed not to be a “Business Day.”
