Payments Reporting. All payments payable and due under this Agreement shall be delivered to KASB’s counsel at following address: Seven Hills LLP Attn: Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx 0 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000 Xxx Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 When this agreement is fully executed by the Parties, counsel for KASB shall deliver to counsel for Halcyon, by electronic mail, a copy of the final Agreement and Federal Form W9s for all payees, allowing Halcyon to comply with its Federal reporting requirements. In return, counsel for Halcyon shall communicate payment tracking information when that information becomes available.

Payments Reporting. During the Term, iFanz will render monthly statements to Artist within thirty days (30) but no later than forty-five (45) days following the end of each calendar month for all sums due together with payment to Artist for such sums shown to be due. Artist may, upon reasonable notice to iFanz, at its own expense no more than once during the Term, examine and make extracts of those books and records as they relate to the payment of sums due to Artist hereunder.

  • Monthly Reporting Within twenty (20) calendar days following the end of each calendar month, Registry Operator shall deliver to ICANN reports in the format set forth in Specification 3 attached hereto (“Specification 3”).
