Payments to Assist in New Officer. On-Boarding. As part of the 2018 Lakepointe Proposal and included in the Planned Action Ordinance as voluntary mitigation, the Master Developer will pay for 100% of the recruiting, hiring, and training cost (“Training Costs”) of four new entry-level police officers, which is equal to nine months of the annual cost for the new officers, i.e., 75% of annual cost. Payment equivalent to one officer’s Training Costs will be made to the City at each of building permit issuance for commercial development at 675,000 sf, 925,000 sf, 1,075,000 sf, and 1,320,000 sf. The Planned Action Ordinance includes the formula to be used at the time of each payment for calculation of same.

  • PAYMENTS TO CONSULTANT 5.1 The total compensation for Consultant’s performance of the Services shall not exceed the amount of Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000). City shall pay Consultant on a time and materials basis up to the not to exceed amount, and based upon the hourly rates shown in Exhibit “B,” entitled “Rate Schedule.” Exhibit “B” is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
