New Officers. Such deductions shall be made and forwarded to the treasurer of the bargaining representative from the earnings of new officers on the first pay period following commencement of employment."
New Officers. All new Officers shall serve a probationary period of six (6) months and shall maintain all seniority rights during this period. A three- month performance review will be conducted by the new Officer's superior. Any Officer while in probationary status may be reduced in rank at any time with just cause. The City will notify the Association in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of any such demotion. All Officers who have successfully completed the probationary period of six (6) months shall then receive regular Officer's status. Probationary Officers may be permitted to join the Association. However, the Chief at his/her discretion may extend the probation period for an additional six (6) months for a total of twelve (12) months.
New Officers. In lieu of a uniform allowance, a new officer shall be provided with an initial full uniform issue, provided however, that if any such officer leaves the employment of the Hampton Police Department during that officer's probationary period, all items issued pursuant to this Section shall be returned to the Department.
New Officers. Effective at the Closing, the officers of the Acquiror following the Transaction will be determined by the reconstituted Board per Section 9.1, and the Acquiror and Corporation agree to take such commercially reasonable action as permitted under Applicable Laws such that the senior officers of the Resulting Issuer after Closing are constituted of the following individuals:
(a) Xxxx Xxxxx, as Chief Executive Officer; and
(b) Xxxxx Xxxxxx, as Chief Financial Officer.

(b) Xx. Xxx Jun Wah, as Chief Financial Officer;
(c) Xx. Xxx Hong Beng as Chief Operating Officer;
New Officers. The Employer shall provide each newly hired police officer with an initial issue of uniform items as are required to be worn by the dress code.
New Officers. Newly appointed officers shall be slotted on the Sunday Borough Roster in accordance with their date of appointment. They will be slotted to work after all officers assigned to said location have worked on a Sunday which follows this officer’s appointment date.
