Common use of Paypoint progression on Re-Appointment Clause in Contracts

Paypoint progression on Re-Appointment. Where an appointee, who has previously resigned as a sworn officer from the Service and is re-appointed to a position at any rank at a relevant paypoint in recognition of their previous service, will be required to complete a further 12 months service prior to progression to the next paypoint. Provided that the relevant progressional criteria prescribed in clause 13 herein for each relevant rank is met.
