Common use of Payroll Taxes and Withholdings Clause in Contracts

Payroll Taxes and Withholdings. School shall be solely responsible for any payroll taxes, withholdings, workers’ compensation and any other insurance or benefits of any kind for employees and agents of School, including, without limitation, Instructors, participating under this Agreement. School shall defend, indemnify, and hold Hospital harmless from all liability and responsibility therefore.

School shall defend, indemnify, and hold Hospital PAMF and MPHS harmless from all liability and responsibility thereforeresponsibilities therefor.
