Withdrawal of Students. (a) The Government may, at its option and at any time, withdraw financial support for any student by issuing official orders. The Government will furnish copies of the orders to the Contractor within a reasonable time after publication. (b) The Contractor may request withdrawal by the Government of any student for academic or disciplinary reasons. (c) If withdrawal occurs before the end of a term, the Government will pay any tuition and fees due for the current term. The Contractor shall credit the Government with any charges eligible for refund under the Contractor's standard procedures for any students in effect on the date of withdrawal. (d) Withdrawal of students by the Government will not be the basis for any special charge or claim by the Contractor other than charges under the Contractor's standard procedures.

Withdrawal of Students. 7.1 To withdraw a Student from the School, at least one complete term’s written notice, must be given to the Principal no later than the first day of the term of departure. The Parent(s) / Guardian(s) acknowledge that the School may suffer loss if this notice requirement is not complied with. 7.2 The School may charge a Late Withdrawal Fee per Student, equal to 70% of the applicable tuition fee listed in the table at clause 3.1 under the heading “Instalment Fee with no prompt payment discount” that would have been payable if the Student was not withdrawing, where the Parent(s) do not comply with the notice requirements provided at clause 7.1. 7.3 The Late Withdrawal Fee referred to in clause 7.2 is payable by the Parent(s) / Guardian(s) 30 days from the School’s receipt of the written notice to withdraw the Student from the School and for the avoidance of doubt the School may, at the School’s discretion, deduct the Late Withdrawal Fee from fees of any kind already paid to the School in advance that would otherwise be refundable to the Parent(s) /Guardian(s). Termination of the agreement by parents without penalty may occur in the events of: (a) a unilateral variation of the terms by the school; or (b) a breach of the terms by the school. Hence the notice of withdrawal period as described in Clause 7.1 is required to be given if Parent(s) subsequently decides not to proceed. 7.6 The Application and Administration fees will not be refunded if Parent(s) / Guardian(s) decide to withdraw a Student at any time, or a Student does not commence at the School.

Withdrawal of Students. Clinical Site may request that University withdraw from the program any student whom Clinical Site determines is not performing satisfactorily, refuses to follow Clinical Site’s administrative policies, procedures, rules and regulations, or violates any federal or state laws. Such requests must be in writing. Once the University receives the request in writing, the University will take appropriate steps to comply.
Withdrawal of Students. To request University to withdraw or dismiss a Student from the Program at Agency when their practicum performance is unsatisfactory to Agency or their behavior, in Agency’s discretion, is disruptive or detrimental to Agency and/or its students. The University agrees to immediately remove a student from assignment at the Agency upon Agency’s request, after Agency reasonably has determined that such removal is of urgent necessity. Agency will discuss each particular situation with University’s Program Coordinator, prior to requesting removal unless emergency circumstances preclude such discussion. Subject to the provisions of Subsection 3.11 above, it is understood that only the University can dismiss the Student from the Program at Agency.
Withdrawal of Students. HOSPITAL may request SCHOOL to withdraw from the Program any student who HOSPITAL determines is not performing satisfactorily, or who refuses to follow HOSPITAL'S administrative policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Such request must be in writing and must include a statement as to the reason or reasons why HOSPITAL desires to have the student withdrawn. SCHOOL shall comply with said request within five (5) days of receipt of notice.
Withdrawal of Students. Facility may request that University withdraw from the placement any student who Facility determines is not performing satisfactorily, refuses to follow Facility’s administrative policies, procedures, rules and regulations, or violates any federal or state laws. Such requests must be in writing and must include a statement as to the reason or reasons for Facility’s request. University shall comply with the written request within five (5) days after actually receiving it.

Withdrawal of Students. If you withdraw your student(s) prior to the end of the academic year you will be responsible for payment of tuition through the end of the month in which you withdraw and for a period of three (3) additional months.
Withdrawal of Students. Subject to Section 5 (Non-Discrimination), Hospital may request School to withdraw from the Experience any Student or on-site Instructor whom Hospital determines is not performing satisfactorily, or who violates Hospital’s or its medical staff’s or policies, procedures, rules and/or regulations, or standards of accrediting bodies such as The Joint Commission, or who violates federal or State laws. Hospital may also deny participation in the Experience to any Student or on-site Instructor in accordance with the provisions of California Labor Code sections 432.7 and 432.8. School shall comply with Hospital’s request promptly, and in no event later than five (5) days from School’s receipt of such request. Hospital reserves the right to suspend from participation immediately any Student or on-site Instructor whose participation in the Experience poses an imminent danger of harm to patients, employees or others.
Withdrawal of Students. To withdraw a Student whose progress, conduct, or work does not meet the standards of its Program. Final academic action regarding the Student is the responsibility of University.
