PBI Committee. For academic support professionals, the University shall have a PBI Committee composed of academic support professionals on a two-year or four-year retention cycle. The only role of the PBI Committee shall be to provide recommendations concerning performance-based increases in accordance with Article 10.5.a.(3)(b).
