Platby In consideration for the proper performance of the Study by Site in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, payments shall be made in accordance with the provisions set forth in Attachment A, with the last payment being made after the Site completes all its obligations hereunder, including without limitation answering all CRF-related queries, and IQVIA has received all properly completed CRFs and Site has returned or destroyed, at Sponsor’s option, all other Confidential Information (as defined below) in accordance with this Agreement. Welding Welding and use of cutting torches or cutoff saws will be permitted only in areas that have been cleared or are free of all material capable of carrying fire. The Producer Price Index used to determine when a drastic reduction in price has occurred is stated in A20.
