Service Level Agreement Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Bank agrees to perform the custody services provided for under this Agreement in a manner that meets or exceeds any service levels as may be agreed upon by the parties from time to time in a written document that is executed by both parties on or after the date of this Agreement, unless that written document specifically states that it is not contractually binding. For the avoidance of doubt, Bank’s Service Directory shall not be deemed to be such a written document.
PRODUCT SUPPORT a. In the event that any goods delivered under this contract become defective or malfunction for any reason and at any time (even after the applicable warranty period has expired), including while “in-orbit” if integrated into a satellite, Seller shall promptly perform a failure verification or analysis and determine the appropriate corrective action at no additional cost to Buyer. Seller shall take the appropriate measures to correct all defects, determined to be Seller's responsibility, in all applicable documentation, undelivered goods, and delivered un-launched goods, as required by Buyer.

Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.

Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.
