PENSION, EXTENDED HEALTH BENEFIT AGREEMENTS. 17.01 The Company agrees to provide a defined benefit pension plan. The terms and conditions of the Pension Plan are set out in the Pension Agreement (which is the legal Plan text as filed with the pension authority under the name “Essar Steel Algoma Inc. Salaried Employees Pension Plan” established effective September 17, 2001). The Pension Agreement is incorporated into, and forms part of this Collective Agreement.
