Per Call Pricing. In addition to a one-time Setup/Activation Fee, per Task Order, and unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties in writing, Citizens will pay Vendor for the number of Outbound calls it makes pursuant to the following table: $0.60 per call for calls ranging 0 – 90 seconds. $0.85 per minute for any call 91+ seconds. Alternatively, a flat fee of $29.95 per agent, per hour may be utilized. Monthly minimum of $3,625.00, regardless of usage. $0.28 per call for calls ranging 0 – 60 seconds. An additional $0.22 per minute for any calls 61+ seconds. Monthly minimum of $1,750.00

Per Call Pricing. In addition to Training Fees and One-Time Setup/Activation Fee, Citizens will pay Vendor for the number of FNOL/Claim Inquiry calls it handles each month, according to the following table. Pricing is based on an average handling time (AHT) of 440 seconds. If actual AHT consistently varies +/- twenty percent (20%) from this estimate, an equitable adjustment in price will be made based on mutual, good faith agreement. 0 – 2,000 $5.78 2,001 – 4,000 $5.59 4,001 – 6,000 $5.41 6,001+ $5.13 Note: All calls will be charged at one (1) rate based on the total number of FNOL/Claim Inquiry calls handled. For example, if 3,500 FNOL/Claim Inquiry calls are handled in a particular month, Citizens would be charged $5.59 for each of the 3,500 calls.
Per Call Pricing. In addition to Training Fees and a one-time Setup/Activation Fee, per event, Citizens will pay Vendor for the number of CAT Response calls it handles during a CAT Event, according to the rates set forth in a Task Order and any mutually agreed adjustments.
