Percentage Rates. (a) Each eligible employee's aggregated allowance will be calculated as a percentage of their base rate of pay, and will be one of the following: (i) 23%; (ii) 26.5%; (iii) 28%; (iv) 29.5%; or (v) 36.5% (only applicable to Category 2 and 3 stations as outlined in clause 26.10.1(a)). (b) The calculation of the applicable percentage is outlined in Schedule 5 – Aggregated Allowance Calculation.
