Percentage Rates. (a) Each eligible employee's aggregated allowance will be calculated as a percentage of their base rate of pay, and will be one of the following:
(i) 23%;
(ii) 26.5%;
(iii) 28%;
(iv) 29.5%; or
(v) 36.5% (only applicable to Category 2 and 3 stations as outlined in clause 26.10.1(a)).
(b) The calculation of the applicable percentage is outlined in Schedule 5 – Aggregated Allowance Calculation.
Percentage Rates. Effective March 1, 2010 for employees hired on or after March 1, 2010, employee contribution rates for the medical and dental insurance will be according to the following percentages of the total cost of the premiums as reflected in Appendix E.

(A) In the event an individual Contractor bids a public job or project being awarded by a federal, state, county, city or other public entity which is to be performed at a predetermined and/or prevailing wage rate established or established by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Labor (pursuant to 40 USC 276a), or by the Commissioner of the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (pursuant to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870), or by the Director of the Washington Department of Labor and Industries (pursuant to RCW 39.12), the predetermined wage and fringe rate shall apply for a period not to exceed thirty (30) months. The total determined package may be reallocated between wages and fringes to reflect the current fringe rate in the Master Labor Agreement at the time of advertisement for bid.
(B) The Employer’s Association and the Union agree to meet as soon as possible if any change is made in the present method of determining the prevailing wage rates which would be adverse to either party.
