Performance Assessment – Non-Biennial Year. A Department Committee Performance Progress Report, which will form the basis of the Department Committee’s report to the College Committee on its overall assessment of the Faculty Member’s performance. Performance assessment in a non-biennial year is for the purpose of feedback only for Members whose overall performance in the previous year was assessed as less than “Good.”
