Performance Assessment – Non-Biennial Year. A CAP Committee Progress Report, which will form the basis of the CAP Committee’s report to the Library Committee on its overall assessment of the Librarian Member’s performance. Performance assessment in a non-biennial year is for the purpose of feedback only for Members whose overall performance in the previous year was assessed as less than “good.”
