Common use of Performance Bank Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) having validity from the date of submission of PBG until Twenty Seven (27) months from the Effective Date and of Rs. 20 Lakh/MW to be furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule 1.

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) having validity from the date of submission of PBG until Twenty Seven twenty seven (27) months Months from the Effective Date and for an amount of Rs. 20 Lakh/MW to be furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule 1.

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) having validity from the date of submission of PBG until Twenty Seven thirty two (2732) months from the Effective Date and of Rs. 20 Lakh/MW to be furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule 1Schedule1.

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) having validity from the date of submission of PBG until Twenty Seven twenty-one (2721) months from the Effective Date and of Rs. 20 Lakh/MW to be furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule 1Schedule1.

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) having validity from the date of submission of PBG until Twenty Seven 9 (27nine) months from the Effective Date and after Scheduled Commissioning Date, having a value of Rs. 20 30.00 Lakh/MW (Rs. 30,00,000/MW), to be furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule 1/Schedule 2.

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) having validity from the date of submission of PBG until Twenty Seven 9 (27nine) months from the Effective Date and after Scheduled Commissioning Date, having a value of Rs. 20 36.167 Lakh/MW (Rs. 36,16,700/MW), to be furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule 1.

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) having validity from the date of submission of PBG until Twenty Seven Seventeen (2717) months from the Effective Date and of Rsvalue of INR ……. 20 Lakh/MW to be furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule 1.

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) having validity from the date of submission of PBG until Twenty Seven (27) months from the Effective Date of PPA and for an amount of Rs. 20 10.5 Lakh/MW to be furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule 1.

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 4.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) having validity from the date period at least upto a period of submission of PBG until Twenty Seven (27) 6 months from the Effective Scheduled Commercial Operation Date with claim period at least upto 7 months from SCOD and of Rs. 20 25 Lakh/MW shall have been furnished prior to be furnished under signing of this Agreement and the same shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule 1Agreement.

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) having validity from the date of submission of PBG until Twenty Seven 10 months after the SCD (27with additional claim period as per RBI norms) months from the Effective Date and submitted for a value of Rs. 20 18.5 Lakh/MW (being a genuine pre- estimate as agreed by the Parties) to be furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply (injection / drawl) of power / energy up to the Contracted Project Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule 1.Schedule-C.

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) having validity from the date of submission of PBG until Twenty Seven (27) months from the Effective Date and of Rsvalue of INR ……. 20 Lakh/MW to be furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule 1.
