Common use of Performance Bank Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee having validity of twenty five (25) months from the date of issuance of LOA and of Rs. 20 Lakh/MW furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule1.

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee having validity of twenty five one (2521) months from the date of issuance of LOA Effective Date and of Rs. 20 Lakh/MW to be furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule1Schedule 1.

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee having validity of twenty five twelve (2512) months from the date of issuance of LOA signing this Agreement and of Rs. 20 30 Lakh/MW to be furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule1.

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee having validity of twenty five four (2524) months from the date of issuance of LOA Effective Date and of Rs. 20 Lakh/MW to be furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule1.

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee having validity of twenty five one (2521) months from the date of issuance of LOA signing this Agreement and of Rs. 20 30 Lakh/MW to be furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule1.

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee having validity of twenty five thirty (2530) months from the date of issuance of LOA Effective Date and of Rs. 20 Lakh/MW +18% GST furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule1.

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee having validity of twenty five twelve (2524) months from the date of issuance of LOA signing this Agreement and of Rs. 20 30 Lakh/MW to be furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule1.

Performance Bank Guarantee. 3.3.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee having validity of twenty five thirty (2530) months from the date of issuance of LOA and Effective Date, for an amount of Rs. 20 Lakh/MW MW, furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement as per format provided in Schedule1.
