---PERFORMANCE EVALUATION HEARINGS. (a) The Issuing Authority may hold a performance evaluation hearing every year within sixty (60) days of each anniversary of the Effective Date of this Renewal License. All such evaluation hearings shall be open to the public. The purpose of said evaluation hearing shall be to, among other things, (i) review the Licensee's compliance to the terms and conditions of this Renewal License, with emphasis on PEG Access Channels, facilities and support; customer service and complaint response; and Programming; (ii) review current technological developments in the cable television field, pursuant to Section 5.9 herein; and (iii) hear comments, suggestions and/or complaints from the public. The Issuing Authority shall provide the Licensee with advance, written notice regarding compliance matters.
