Common use of Performance of Work, Deliverables, and Schedule Clause in Contracts

Performance of Work, Deliverables, and Schedule. a) Participant shall perform the work in accordance with the Project Plan in Attachment A (Project Plan), the Project Budget in Attachment B (Budget), and the Budget Template in Attachment C (Budget & Invoice Template). Participant is solely responsible for all project decisions, the preparation of all plans and specifications, and for developing the project in accordance with the Project Plan.

Participant may delegate tasks to Manufacturer(s), but is solely responsible for all project decisions, the preparation of all plans and specifications, and for developing the project in accordance with the Project Planensuring performance under this Agreement.
