Performance Pay. The Superintendent will conduct a performance evaluation of the Director each Contract year. Based on the outcome of the evaluation, the Director shall be eligible for a one- time performance payment in an amount not to exceed 2% of the current Director’s salary. Such payment shall be made at the end of a Contract year. The determination of the amount, if any, of performance pay for a Contract year shall be made by the Superintendent, and such determination shall be final.
