Committee Release Time. (a) The Authority will pay four (4) Union committee persons in attendance at a monthly meeting (one (1) per calendar month) with the Authority to discuss matters of mutual importance (not to include grievances). Each individual Committee person (excluding the Union President or their replacement) in attendance at such meeting shall be paid for time actually spent. Payment shall be made at their straight time hourly rates.
