Moving Out a. Each Resident must remove all personal belongings from their room when the Occupancy period ends or this Contract is terminated. The room must be cleaned and all keys returned to their respective service center prior to move out being complete. Remaining personal items will be considered abandoned and will be sent to OSU Surplus for public auction or disposal. Cashing out annual leave Annual leave may be cashed out by agreement between the Company and an Employee, subject to the following conditions: ▪ An Employee must elect in writing to cash out annual leave; ▪ An Employee must not cash out more than two (2) weeks annual leave in each twelve (12) month period; ▪ The Company must agree to the Employee cashing out their annual leave.
Working Out of Class Section 1 Whenever an employee is requested to perform the tasks of a higher graded position that employee shall receive the rate of pay of that higher graded position or five percent (5%) above his/her regular rate of pay if the rate of pay for the higher graded position is less than five percent (5%) over and above that employee's regular rate of pay and his/her regular position whichever is greater for each and every hour worked in any higher grade during that contract year.
