Common use of Period Covered Clause in Contracts

Period Covered. This Agreement shall be effective on July 1, 2019, and shall continue in effect through June 30, 2021, or until it has been modified or replaced by a successor Agreement. If the parties have not agreed to a new Agreement to take effect July 1, 2021, the terms of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until a successor Agreement is adopted, which shall be fully retroactive to July 1, 2021.

If the parties have not agreed It shall continue in effect from year to a new Agreement to take effect year thereafter, from July 1, 2021through June 30, of each year, unless changed or terminated in the terms of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until a successor Agreement is adopted, which shall be fully retroactive to July 1, 2021way later provided herein.
