Common use of Period Covered Clause in Contracts

Period Covered. This Lease shall remain in force for the life of the Lease between the parties for the Property, however, Indemnitor shall continue to indemnify and save harmless the Indemnitee and NJDEP from any liability or damages Indemnitee and NJDEP may suffer as a result of claims, demands, costs, or judgments against it arising out of the use, maintenance of the Property even though such liability or damage may not be brought to Indemnitee’s or NJDEP’s attention until after the termination of the Lease.
