Common use of Period Definitions Clause in Contracts

Period Definitions. A day is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour period commencing at a specified time on a day that allows for eighty (80) hours work in a bi-weekly shift rotation. An operator's normal workday is a twelve-hour shift of twelve (12) consecutive hours. The Center shall operate with five (5) person platoons. The Center may utilize split starting times for such platoons.
