Period of Examination. The periods of access and examination in subsections (a) and (b) above for Records relating to (1) litigation or settlement of claims arising from the performance of the Agreement, or (2) costs and expenses of the Agreement shall continue until such appeals, litigation, claims, or exceptions are disposed of.
