Common use of Period of Residence Clause in Contracts

Period of Residence. Unless otherwise determined in accordance with this Agreement, the University will provide you with accommodation in a Residence for the Fall and Winter session, from September 1, 2018 to noon on April 25, 2019.

Period of Residence. Unless otherwise determined in accordance with this Agreement, the University will provide you with accommodation in a Residence for during: a. Fall session, from September 6, 2020 to noon on the Fall and day following the student’s last examination, or noon on December 23, 2020, whichever occurs first, and b. Winter session, from September 1noon on January 3, 2018 2021 to noon the day following the student’s last examination, or noon on April 2522, 20192021, whichever occurs first.

Period of Residence. Unless otherwise determined in accordance with this Agreement, the University will provide you with accommodation in a Residence residence for the Fall and Winter sessionacademic terms, from September 1, 2018 2024 to noon on April 25, 20192025.
