Common use of Period of Residence Clause in Contracts

Period of Residence. Unless otherwise determined in accordance with this Agreement, the University will provide you with accommodation in a Residence during: a. Fall session, from August 31st or September 1, 2024 (the University will notify you of your move- in date at least 4 weeks prior to move-in) to noon on the day following your last examination, or noon on December 20, 2024, whichever occurs first, and b. Winter session, from noon on January 5, 2025 to noon the day following your last examination, or noon on April 25, 2025, whichever occurs first.

Period of Residence. Unless otherwise determined in accordance with this Agreement, the University will provide you with accommodation in a Residence during: a. Fall session, from August 31st or September 13, 2024 (the University will notify you of your move- in date at least 4 weeks prior to move-in) 2022 to noon on the day following your the student’s last examination, or noon on December 2022, 20242022, whichever occurs first, and b. Winter session, from noon on January 58, 2025 2023 to noon the day following your the student’s last examination, or noon on April 2523, 20252023, whichever occurs first.

Winter session, from noon on January 56, 2025 2019 to noon the day following your the student’s last examination, or noon on April 25, 20252019, whichever occurs first.
