Common use of Period of Residence Clause in Contracts

Period of Residence. The effective date of residence shall be the first day of the Spring semester commencing January 17, 2020 and ending May 22, 2020. Contracts accepted for the Spring semester shall be for that semester only. There shall be no residence charge for the period between semesters. However, Members remaining in the units during the academic breaks are still expected to perform workshift and abide by the other obligations of membership outlined in this contract. Members not remaining in the same unit for the following semester must vacate by midnight on the last day of the semester.
