Tenant shall pay Landlord for all expenses incurred in connection with the removal of such property, including but not limited to the cost of repairing any damage to the Building or Premises caused by the removal of such property. Tenant's obligation to observe and perform this covenant shall survive the expiration or other termination of this Lease.
