Common use of Periodic Maintenance and Technical Checks Clause in Contracts

Periodic Maintenance and Technical Checks. I shall mean planned preventive maintenance, repairs and technical checks of the Leased Carriages performed in prescribed periods at least in the extent according to chapter No. 5 of the SÚNV Regulation – N8, as being in force at the date hereof, Act No. 513/2009 Coll. on Railways, as amended and Decree No. 351/2010 Coll., as amended, in order to assure that all dimensions and tolerances after repair shall comply with chapter No. 5 of the SÚNV Regulation.
