Periodic review and modification. This Model Policy should be reviewed and amended periodically in order to remain consistent with emerging information from new empirical studies.
Periodic review and modification. Not less than once every thirty-six (36) months the Operations Committee shall meet for the purpose of discussing the terms and conditions of this Joint Venture Agreement and the Additional Documents to ascertain their continued effectiveness and fairness. To the extent that any such term or condition or combination thereof is determined to have become ineffective or unfair the Parties agree to negotiate diligently and in good faith to reach agreement on amendments or modifications to this Joint Venture Agreement and/or the Additional Documents as are deemed necessary to overcome any ineffectiveness or unfairness that has developed.
Periodic review and modification. The Parties agree to review this Agreement, including the attachments, and any issues concerning its implementation, in FY2019. At any time, either Party may propose an amendment of the Agreement. No amendment of the Agreement is effective unless and until it is in writing and signed by all Parties.
