Compensation/Cost. The Contractor agrees to accept the specified compensation as set forth in this Contract as full remuneration for performing all services and furnishing all staffing. The cost/compensation proposed shall include all charges that your firm intends to charge the County for providing all consulting services specified in the Scope of Work. The Total Contract amount for years 1 through 3 of the contract will be $684,000. There is an option to extend the contract for two additional years at a total of $544,500. List below the rates for performing services specified in the Scope of Work and all other charges your firm intends to charge the County. Compensation/Cost. The Corporate Controller uses the stock grant information data and any information from the independent valuation firm to calculate the monthly compensation cost for each segment. The Stock Based Compensation cost is recorded in the income statement in G&A costs. Each division receives their respective stock base compensation expense and debits their share-based compensation expense account and credits the equity section of the balance sheet. On the corporate books, the stock based compensation expense relating to corporate employees is debited in the income statement and the expense for the divisions is debited against the investment in subsidiary accounts on the balance sheet. The credit for the total company’s stock based compensation is booked against common stock and APIC in accordance with the equity classification for the Company’s awards.

  • COMPENSATION; EXPENSES (a) In consideration of the foregoing, the Advisor shall pay the Sub-advisor, with respect to the Fund, a fee as specified in Appendix B hereto. Such fees shall be accrued by the Advisor daily and shall be payable monthly in arrears on the first business day of each calendar month for services performed hereunder during the prior calendar month. If fees begin to accrue in the middle of a month or if this Agreement terminates before the end of any month, all fees for the period from that date to the end of that month or from the beginning of that month to the date of termination, as the case may be, shall be prorated according to the proportion that the period bears to the full month in which the effectiveness or termination occurs. Upon the termination of this Agreement with respect to the Fund, the Advisor shall pay to the Sub-advisor such compensation as shall be payable prior to the effective date of termination.
