Periods of Time. Whenever any determination is to be made or action is to be taken on a date specified in this Agreement, if such date shall fall on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday under the laws of the Tribe or the State of California, then in such event said date shall be extended to the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.
