Permanent Infrastructure. Ministerial Consent for Infrastructure to be constructed within the Transportation Utility Corridor to be obtained within six months of the Effective Date. This is for the area for the permanent Infrastructure through the Transportation Utility Corridor, which includes the LRT trackway, LRT bridge, retaining walls, LRT crossings of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Drive ramps, and traffic signals on 87 Avenue. For certainty, Project Co shall obtain all other approvals, authorizations and permits required for Project Co to perform Project Work within the Transportation Utility Corridor.
