Common use of Permanent Modified Work Clause in Contracts

Permanent Modified Work. On receipt of a release from the treating Physician that the employee is fit for permanent modified duties, the MWP Team will be involved in establishing a Vocational Rehabilitation Plan.

Permanent Modified Work. On receipt of a release information from the treating Physician that the employee worker is fit for permanent modified duties, the MWP Team will be involved in establishing a Vocational Rehabilitation Plan.
