Permanent Shift Assignment Procedure. (a) Each station shall maintain a seniority roster for Trooper 2-Cs, Trooper 1-Cs, Senior Troopers and Corporals assigned to road duty. For the purposes of this shift assignment procedure, seniority shall be defined as an officer’s total service as a State Police Officer for the Department of Public Safety. In cases where total service in the Department is the same, that officer first assigned to that station will be considered the more senior.
