Permissible Requests by Customer. Customer will not request McKesson to use or disclose PHI in any manner that would not be permissible under the Privacy Rule, the Security Rule or the HITECH Act if done by Customer, except as permitted pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 and 2.6 of this BAA.
