Authorized Transactions. A transaction shall become an “Authorized Transaction” when it is (A) approved pursuant to the Trustee’s Response or (B) deemed approved pursuant to Section 4(c)(ii). The designation of a transaction as an Authorized Transaction hereunder shall be binding against the Trustee and the Authorized Transaction shall remain validly approved and authorized until the earlier of (AA) the time that it is expressly countermanded by Valid Notice from the Trustee to the Advisor or (BB) at the end of the twentieth (20th) business day following its designation as an Authorized Transaction.
Authorized Transactions. Under any of the following circumstances, SPS-EFT shall be conclusively entitled to deem the Transactions to be authorized by, and binding upon, MERCHANT: (a) if the Transactions and the electronic transmission of a file are made by MERCHANT or its actual or apparent agent, or (b) if SPS-EFT reasonably believes the Transactions and the electronic transmission of a file were sent by an authorized representative of MERCHANT, or (c) if MERCHANT utilizes the services of a third party for lockbox or other similar services to facilitate the processing of Transactions, provided that the Transactions and the electronic transmission of a file are in the name of MERCHANT and SPS-EFT reasonably believes that the Transactions and transmission of a file by such third party are sent on behalf of MERCHANT.
Authorized Transactions. You are solely responsible for all transfers you authorize using any Digital Service under this Agreement. If you permit other persons to use any Digital Service, PIN or access code, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize or conduct on any of your accounts. You understand that any transaction by a business owner, employee, agent, account signer, or anyone you authorize to transact business on your account or any transaction by an authorized person that exceeds the specific transaction authority you have provided, are considered authorized transaction for which you remain fully responsible. You are responsible for safeguarding your business, financial and personal data, passwords and other information to prevent unauthorized access to or use of your accounts or services.
Authorized Transactions. A transaction shall become an “Authorized Transaction” when it is (A) approved pursuant to the Trustee’s Response or (B) deemed approved pursuant to Section 4(c)(ii). The designation of a transaction as an Authorized Transaction hereunder shall be binding against the Trustee and the Authorized Transaction shall remain validly approved and authorized until the earlier of (AA) the time that it is expressly countermanded by Valid Notice from the Trustee to the Advisor or (BB) at the end of the twentieth (20th) business day following its designation as an Authorized Transaction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, unless the Trustee has otherwise notified the Advisor by Valid Notice, a transaction shall also be an “Authorized Transaction” if it is a transaction to be effected at the market price on the applicable exchange or trading system with respect to an additional acquisition or a disposition of a particular security held in the Subaccount, provided that, individually and in the aggregate, acquisitions and dispositions related to the same security during the same business day will not increase or decrease by more than twenty-five percent (25%) (Y) the number and value of shares of such security (if such security is an equity security) or (Z) the principal amount of such security (if such security is a debt security), immediately upon giving effect to all such transactions offered during such business day, provided further that at all times the Subaccount shall comply fully with (i) the provisions of the Fund Declaration, as the same may be amended from time to time by the Trustee, (ii) any additional objectives and policies set forth in Exhibit C, as the same may be amended from time to time, and (iii) any objectives and policies set forth in the Registration Statement on Form S-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating the Fund, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Authorized Transactions. You agree to safeguard your username, password, other security devices or credentials and your Account number(s). If you give someone your Online Banking Service username, password and/or other security devices or credentials, you are authorizing that person to use the Online Banking Service in your name, and you are responsible for all transactions the person performs using your Online Banking Service username, password and other security devices or credentials. All transactions performed by that person, even those transactions you did not intend or want performed, are authorized transactions. • Log Out: For your protection, log out after every Online Banking Service session and close your browser to ensure confidentiality.
Authorized Transactions. You are responsible for all transfers or other transactions you authorize while using Text Services. If you permit other persons to use your Mobile Device, then you are responsible for any transactions they authorize using Text Services. If you believe that your Mobile Device or other means to access your Eligible Account has been lost or stolen or that someone may attempt to use the Text Services through your Mobile Device without your consent, or has transferred money without your permission, you must notify us in the manner described in the section below entitled “Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement and Disclosure”.
Authorized Transactions. A transaction shall become an “Authorized Transaction” when it is (A) approved pursuant to the Trustee’s Response, (B) deemed approved pursuant to Section 4(c)(ii) or (C) when it involves an Approved Security. The designation of a transaction as an Authorized Transaction hereunder shall be binding against the Trustee and the Authorized Transaction shall remain validly approved and authorized until the earlier of (AA) the time that it is expressly countermanded by Valid Notice from the Trustee to the Advisor or (BB) if that transaction involves an Approved Security, until such time as that security is no longer an Approved Security or, if that transaction does not involve an Approved Security, at the end of the twentieth (20th) business day following its designation as an Authorized Transaction.
Authorized Transactions. You may use your Card to make Transactions, as long as we permit you to do so and you comply with this Agreement. The Terms and Conditions set out the types of Transactions permitted for your Card. Transactions are authorized if you indicate acceptance of the Transaction through any means acceptable to CIBC.
Authorized Transactions. The transactions to be effected in relation to the Portfolio are subject to the legal regulations in force, including the Companies Law no. 31/1990, Law no. 297/2004, Law no. 24/2017 the AIFM Rules and other applicable regulations, as well as Law no. 247/2005, GEO no. 81/2007, the Constitutive Act as well as any other applicable legislation or regulation replacing, amending or completing the same.
Authorized Transactions. We assume that all transactions performed with your Credit Union ATM Card or any of your Credit Union Debit Cards and/or your personal identification number (PIN) are authorized unless you promptly notify us to the contrary. If you intentionally provide another person with the means to perform electronic banking transactions using your account, any resulting transactions will be treated as if they were performed and authorized by you. Such treatment will continue until you notify the Credit Union at the phone numbers set forth on the back page of this booklet that the other person is no longer authorized to use your card and/or PIN (in which case the card and PIN and/or account will have to be deactivated). You may also write to us, but your revocation of authority will not be valid until we actually receive it and have an opportunity to act upon it. We will have no obligation until notice is actually received by us.
