Permitted Residential Unit Types. Single Family, Multi-Family, Duplex, and/or Townhouses. Those residential uses permitted by Title 20 of the Sparks Municipal Code will be permitted in the portions of the Property consistent with the adopted zoning designationdistrict. All conditions and regulations applicable to land uses set forth in Title 20 of the Code apply to such uses on the Property. If any part of the Property currently in the SF6 zoning district will be developed with Duplex and/or Townhouse uses,Any rezoning the subject part(s) of the Property by Master Developer and/or Owner will be required in accordance with the Applicable Rules. However, such rezoning will not require amendment of this Agreement, provided that the total number of dwelling units complies with this Agreement.

If any part of the Property currently in the SF6 zoning district will be developed with Duplex and/or Townhouse uses, Master Developer and/or Owner will be required to submit additional Entitlement Requests for the subject part(s) of the Property in accordance with the Applicable Rules. Such additional Entitlement Requests may include, without limitation, requests for rezoning and master plan amendment(s). However, such Entitlement Requests submitted solely to allow development of part(s) of the Property with Duplex and/or Townhouse uses will not require amendment of this Agreement, provided that the total number of dwelling units in the Project complies with this Agreement.

  • Household Component The Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS) provides nationally representative estimates of health care use, expenditures, sources of payment, and health insurance coverage for the U.S. civilian non-institutionalized population. The MEPS Household Component (HC) also provides estimates of respondents’ health status, demographic and socio-economic characteristics, employment, access to care, and satisfaction with health care. Estimates can be produced for individuals, families, and selected population subgroups. The panel design of the survey, which includes 5 Rounds of interviews covering 2 full calendar years, provides data for examining person level changes in selected variables such as expenditures, health insurance coverage, and health status. Using computer assisted personal interviewing (CAPI) technology, information about each household member is collected, and the survey builds on this information from interview to interview. All data for a sampled household are reported by a single household respondent. The MEPS-HC was initiated in 1996. Each year a new panel of sample households is selected. Because the data collected are comparable to those from earlier medical expenditure surveys conducted in 1977 and 1987, it is possible to analyze long-term trends. Each annual MEPS-HC sample size is about 15,000 households. Data can be analyzed at either the person or event level. Data must be weighted to produce national estimates. The set of households selected for each panel of the MEPS HC is a subsample of households participating in the previous year’s National Health Interview Survey (NHIS) conducted by the National Center for Health Statistics. The NHIS sampling frame provides a nationally representative sample of the U.S. civilian non-institutionalized population and reflects an oversample of blacks and Hispanics. In 2006, the NHIS implemented a new sample design, which included Asian persons in addition to households with black and Hispanic persons in the oversampling of minority populations. MEPS further oversamples additional policy relevant sub- groups such as low income households. The linkage of the MEPS to the previous year’s NHIS provides additional data for longitudinal analytic purposes.

  • Residential Use; Pets The bedroom space and apartment may be used solely for private residential purposes and for no other purposes. Resident may not carry on any business or other enterprise from the bedroom space or apartment, nor use any Owner- provided Internet connections for business purposes. Resident may place no signs, placards or other advertisement of any character in the bedroom space or apartment, nor display anything in an apartment or bedroom space that is visible from outside the Property or the apartment. Resident may not store at the Property or connect to a Property electrical outlet any mobility device owned by a third party. Pets are permitted in or about the Property only in specified buildings as Owner may in its discretion allow residents to maintain, in each case only following Owner's signature on a Pet Addendum for a single dog or cat per designated apartment, which requires payment of a registration fee and pet rent as provided in the Pet Addendum. All other pets are prohibited anywhere at the Property, except fish in small tanks to the extent approved by Owner in its sole discretion. Violation of the pet policy will subject Resident to deep-cleaning and daily administration fees in Owner’s discretion and may be considered as a termination of this Housing Agreement by Resident.

  • PROPANE GAS SYSTEM SERVICE AREA If the Property is located in a propane gas system service area owned by a distribution system retailer, Seller must give Buyer written notice as required by §141.010, Texas Utilities Code. An addendum containing the notice approved by TREC or required by the parties should be used.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.
