Permitted Use of Bluebook of Business, Restrictions. Licensee is permitted to use the Bluebook of Business solely for the purpose of accessing and using the Licensed Materials as permitted by this Agreement. Licensee will not (a) reverse assemble, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any of the Bluebook of Business; (b) reproduce, modify, create, or prepare derivative works of any of the Bluebook of Business or related documentation; (c) distribute or display any of the Bluebook of Business or related documentation other than to Authorized Users; (d) share, sell, rent, or lease or otherwise distribute access to the Bluebook of Business, or use the Bluebook of Business to operate any timesharing, service bureau, or similar business; (e) create any security interest in the Bluebook of Business; (f) alter, destroy, or otherwise remove any proprietary notices or labels on or embedded within or on the Bluebook of Business or related documentation; (g) disclose the results of any Bluebook of Business or program benchmark tests to any third parties without Bluebook’s prior written consent; (h) employ any measure intended to circumvent limitations to purchased credits or Authorized Users; or (i) use automated means, such as bots or crawlers, to access any Bluebook of Business or extract information therefrom (except such means as are included within the Bluebook of Business, such as Integration Tools, or such other means as are expressly approved in advance in writing by Bluebook). Licensee may use Bluebook of Business only in accordance with this Agreement and not for the benefit of any third party, except with Bluebook’s express prior written permission.

  • Permitted License Uses and Restrictions (a) This Order Form Supplement allows you, as an authorized User under the Master Subscription Agreement, to use the Software on any Supported Device and on no other devices.

  • Service Use Restrictions In connection with your use of the Services, you sha l not in any way transmit, publish, post, upload, disseminate, or distribute any (i) corrupted files, viruses, trojan horses, worms, spyware, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other similar software or programs; and/or ( i) defamatory, infringing, vulgar, sexua ly explicit, obscene, indecent, o fensive, inappropriate, profane, or unlawful content or any hate speech (i.e., racist/discriminatory speech). You sha l also not (i) impair anyone else from using the Services or interfere with the proper functioning of the Services; ( i) access the Services (including by use of robots, scripts, spiders or other automated means) other than via the means provided by us; ( i) misrepresent your identity in any way; (iv) overburden the Services in any way; and/or (v) violate any law, rule or regulation in connection with your use of or access to the Services.

  • Usage Restrictions You will not (a) make any Service or Content available to, or use any Service or Content for the benefit of, anyone other than You or Users, (b) sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, rent or lease any Service or Content, or include any Service or Content in a service bureau or outsourcing offering, (c) use a Service to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, or to store or transmit material in violation of third-party privacy rights, (d) use a Service to store or transmit Malicious Code, (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of any Service or third-party data contained therein, (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Service or Content or its related systems or networks, (g) permit direct or indirect access to or use of any Service or Content in a way that circumvents a contractual usage limit, (h) copy a Service or any part, feature, function or user interface thereof, (i) copy Content except as permitted herein or in an Order Form or the Documentation, (j) frame or mirror any part of any Service or Content, other than framing on Your own intranets or otherwise for Your own internal business purposes or as permitted in the Documentation, (k) access any Service or Content in order to build a competitive product or service, or (l) reverse engineer any Service (to the extent such restriction is permitted by law).

  • General Use Restrictions Licensee shall not use, copy, merge, or transfer copies of the SOFTWARE or the Documentation except as may be expressly and specifically authorized in this Agreement. Licensee shall not knowingly take any action that would cause the SOFTWARE to be placed in the public domain.

  • Specific Restrictions on Use of Licensed Materials Unauthorized Use. Licensee shall not knowingly permit anyone other than Authorized Users to use the Licensed Materials.

  • Geographic Restrictions The owner of the Website is based in the State of New York in the United States. We provide this Website for use only by persons located in the United States, and it may only be available to people located in the United States. We make no claims that the Website or any of its content is available or appropriate outside of the United States. Access to the Website may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries.

  • DATABASE OF RESTRICTED SUPPLIERS 34.1 The process of restriction is used to exclude a company/person from conducting future business with Transnet and other organs of state for a specified period. No Bid shall be awarded to a Bidder whose name (or any of its members, directors, partners or trustees) appear on the Register of Tender Defaulters kept by National Treasury, or who have been placed on National Treasury’s List of Restricted Suppliers.
