Licence Restrictions has the meaning given to it in clause 5;

Licence Restrictions means the limitations which apply in respect of the licence granted to use the EMIS Solution in terms of Authorised Users, Sites, scope of use etc., or otherwise as set out in Schedule 3 of the relevant Solution Delivery Agreement. You may make one copy of the SpectruCell Software for backup or archival purposes. You will take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized use or access to the SpectruCell Software.
Licence Restrictions means the licence restrictions specified in the Quotation or elsewhere in the Agreement.
