Licence Restrictions has the meaning given to it in clause 5;

Licence Restrictions means the limitations which apply in respect of the licence granted to use the EMIS Solution in terms of Authorised Users, Sites, scope of use etc., or otherwise as set out in Schedule 3 of the relevant Solution Delivery Agreement.
