PERMITTED WITHDRAWALS FROM THE LOCKBOX ACCOUNT. The Trustee shall have the sole right to withdraw funds from the Lockbox Account and shall, on a daily basis, withdraw all deposits to the Lockbox Account and transfer such funds to the Collection Account established under the Indenture. The Trustee shall cause the entity holding the Lockbox Account to forward funds held therein as provided herein.
