PERS HEALTH BENEFITS PROGRAM. a. The parties to this agreement understand that any employee who chooses to participate must abide by the eligibility requirements and deadlines as set forth in the PERS guidelines for participation in their Health Benefits Program. b. The provisions of this Section shall not establish a vested right on the part of any employee or retiree to a health plan contribution after the expiration of the Memorandum of Understanding currently in effect.
