Personal Articles. ‌ (a) Upon submission of reasonable proof, the Employer will repair or indemnify with respect to damage to the chattels of an employee while on duty caused through the normal and proper performance of duties; provided that such personal property be articles of use or wear of a type suitable for use or wear while on duty.
