Common use of Personal Carers Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Personal Carers Entitlement. (i) Casual Education Support Officers and Assessors are entitled to not be available to attend work, or to leave work if they need to care for a person described at 35.9.1(iii) who is ill, injured, or affected by an unexpected emergency and requires care and support. This entitlement is subject to the evidentiary requirements set out below in 35.13.3(iv), and the notice requirements set out in 35.13.3(v).
