Personal Day. Each employee shall be credited with one (1) personal day of personal time annually to be taken as a personal day. Personal leave shall not accumulate from year to year nor shall it be compensated for in any manner if not used. The personal day off may be taken upon request and- with the approval of the Employer. Hours in this Section shall not be combined with the compensatory time bank.
